1.1. These Terms of Trade (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made from Coffs Coast Drones (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via our website or in-store.
1.2. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products.
2.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded, restricted, or modified.
2.2. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and for minor failures, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
3.1. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases unless expressly approved in advance and only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
3.2. Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee (amount to be specified). The restocking fee will be disclosed prior to approval and will not apply to returns required by law.
3.3. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened, used, or custom-ordered products.
4.1. If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL. Please contact us promptly with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
4.2. We will assess the product and, if a remedy is required, will offer repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
4.3. No restocking fee or deduction will apply to refunds or replacements required by law.
5.1. Products may be dispatched from our Coffs Harbour branch, partner warehouses in Sydney or Melbourne, or other locations depending on availability.
5.2. Shipping providers include Aramex, Australia Post, and others as determined by order size, value, and destination.
5.3. Expensive or high-demand products may ship directly from partner warehouses.
5.4. No items will be shipped until full payment is received and cleared.
5.5. Special shipping requirements (e.g., express, insurance, specific carriers) must be arranged prior to purchase.
5.6. All shipments comply with applicable dangerous goods regulations, including those for lithium batteries.
6.1. Pickup from the Coffs Harbour branch is available only with prior confirmation before purchase. Please contact us to arrange pickup and confirm stock availability.
6.2. Pickup is not available from partner warehouses or other locations unless expressly agreed.
7.1. Full payment is required before dispatch or pickup of any product.
7.2. Accepted payment methods are specified on our website and may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure options.
8.1. The website is maintained to a high standard, but we do not guarantee it is free from viruses, malware, or errors. You access and use the website at your own risk.
8.2. We disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from website use, except as required by law.
8.3. You must not tamper with, inject code into, or engage in any malicious activity on the website. Any such conduct will be reported to law enforcement.
8.4. The website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or security of external sites.
9.1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order, you warrant that you are 18 years or older and have legal capacity to contract.
10.1. We collect, use, and store your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and our Privacy Policy.
10.2. We take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify you and the OAIC promptly in the event of a data breach.

11.1. All drones sold comply with CASA regulations and relevant state laws. Customers are responsible for operating drones in accordance with applicable laws and safety guidelines.
11.2. Drones and batteries are shipped in compliance with dangerous goods regulations.
12.1. Products may include manufacturer warranties, which are in addition to your rights under the ACL.
12.2. We do not limit or exclude your statutory rights by offering manufacturer warranties.
13.1. We do not include unfair contract terms in our agreements. Any term found to be unfair under the ACL will be void and unenforceable.
13.2. Any term that may substantially prejudice your interests (e.g., restocking fees, exclusions of liability) is clearly disclosed before purchase.
14.1. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us directly. We will address your concerns promptly and in good faith.
14.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may contact NSW Fair Trading, the ACCC, or seek remedies through the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or local courts.
15.1. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Trade. Any changes will be clearly communicated and will not retrospectively affect existing purchases.
16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
