Refund & return

Overview

This policy sets out our procedure and conditions for a return & refund. Nothing in this policy is designed to replace a consumer guarantee or the laws that are afforded to an Australian consumer. ALL RETURNS MUST seek a RTN authorisation before returning any product. This can be obtained by calling us during business hours on (02) 6699 1440 or by emailing contact@coffsdrones.com.au 

Refunds

Refunds for "change of mind" may not be approved nor are we legally required to do so. If a return and refund is approved, it MUST be done so under the following conditions.

• A RTN authorisation must be first sought and approved before sending a product to us.
• All products must be returned in the original un-opened condition as it was when purchased.
• Generally speaking products sold as is or 3rd party used products may not be approved (RTN will need to be approved).
• Other conditions may from time to time be required to be met. This will be explained to you if a RTN is approved

Exchanges

Exchanges will also be required to meet certain conditions if the exchange is a "change of mind"

Gifts

Gifts or gift certificates will require a RTN approval but can not be exchanged for cash
